Implementation evaluation in paralympic sports achievement development

This study aims to determine the implementation of Paralympic sports achievement coaching which is carried out independently in preparation for Peparnas Papua 2021. research an evaluative with Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model. The data analysis technique used this descriptive analysis. results showed that West Java NPCI athletes had a fairly good quality. Trainers at have qualifications as licensed trainers. organization has been quite well. facilities and infrastructure supporting platda criteria. funding included category enough coaches intensive bonuses coaches. selection training program currently well through suitability planning independent training. evaluation by trainer end or after each exercise runs smoothly.
